This dynamometer is used for superprecision grinding, silicon wafer slicing, ultra high-speed milling, ultra precision turning, also can be used for non-cutting measurement, such as friction coefficient between different materials ,mechanical properties of lubricants, etc. This dynamometer system consists of a force sensor(dynamometer), a strain gauge amplifier(YD-21/4),an analog to digital converter,(A/D 1216K 2 ), and a computer. Also a powerful software FAS-4DEE-2 supports this system. The functions of the software are: data acquisition, data playback, dynamic display of sampled data, averaging, correlation, spectral analysis, etc. |
